I have over 27 years of experience working as a Clinical Social Worker, working with adults, the elderly, families and groups in the hospital and private practice settings.
With over 27 years experience as a social worker/therapist/care manager and as a graduate of the Catholic University of America specializing in Social Work, I currently serve as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Grief, Loss and Trauma.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized tailored approach to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
